We are pleased to announce that 50 Books/ 50 Covers honored five Yale University Press Art & Architecture books. Four were were awarded Best Book Design and one was awarded Best Book Cover. In partnership with Design Observer, AIGA, and Designer & Books; the 50 Books/50 Covers competition recognizes the year’s 50 best book and 50 best book cover designs. With its inception in 1924, 50 Books/50 Covers represents perhaps the most prestigious and longest-standing graphic design award. Each award winner in book and book cover design is showcased on the Design Observer, AIGA Design Archives, and Designer & Books websites.
