The sun is setting noticeably earlier, the air is noticeably cooler, and the trees here in the northeast are noticeably less green… all of which can only mean one thing.
It’s time for the New York Art Book Fair.
Beginning with special preview hours from 6-9pm tomorrow (Thursday, September 19th), and continuing with full days of fun Friday through Sunday, the 2013 New York Art Book Fair will take over MoMA PS1 in Long Island City, filling its exhibition spaces and hallways with art book publishers, artists, antiquarians, producers of zines, performances, and upwards of 25,000 visitors from all over the globe.
This is an eclectic, extraordinary, and exhilarating annual event that offers not only a visual feast, but also musical accompaniment from DJs, multi-instrumentalists, and sound artists, and an actual feast available at the M.Wells Dinette.
